Crowley Dipped

Crowley Dipped helped me add a wonderful treat to my daughters first birthday! I wanted something with chocolate and something unique. That's what I got with Crowley Dipped. She came up with a perfect adornment for the theme of the party. Everyone loved how delicious they were, that they took one home with them for the ride.

She let me know when she would ship it, she made sure she did it in time for my daughters birthday party. When I received it, it was secured in the box. She made sure that it was cool until it reached me and then I kept it cool for a couple of days. She has them safe in the mail! So you do not have to worry about that!

That is her shop! See all the things she offers. She has chocolate covered chips, rice krispies that are also covered in chocolate. Halloween is coming and she also has treats you can hand out to your guest or the trick o treaters! I will definitely start going to her for chocolate covered treats when I need them.

Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre

Dinner and a Wonderful show at the same place? That is what the Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre has to offer! I sometimes get tired of the normal things there is to do with family and friends, like movies, amusement parks, bowling allies and etc. I needed something new to do with family. The Dutch Apple Dinner Theatre was what I needed! It was an experience of a lifetime and my guest and I had an amazing time.

The night first started with a buffet, I had a great selection to choose from. They had a delicious salad bar as well to start your dinner. This is the best part yet.. That is DESSERT ! Wow, they had almost every pie there including ice cream. I had a plate full of just pies and they were all savoring and sweet and just what I needed to end my great buffet.

The servers were so kind as well. They made sure our drinks if needed were refilled. They asked if we would like coffee, tea, lemonade and specialty drinks. They took our empty plates and asked how we were doing. They made us feel very welcomed and happy to be there. We were very impressed!


Then the show started...

Hairspray was a show of a lifetime and I am so thankful that I had the chance to experience that. It was creative, funny and eye catching. This was our first time here at The Dutch Apple Theatre. We had thought the show ended and we didn't want it too, we were just that into it. Then the lady next to us said it was the halfway break and we were relieved! All night my guest and I couldn't stop talking about how cool this show was and how lovely the place is. We made it a definite that we will return and see what more that they have to offer. We love The Dutch Apple Theatre!

Are you Crazy About Brownie Brittles?

I've been tired of eating popcorn for a movie snack. I just wanted something new and yet delicious. I need something with a crunch to it! Then I found Sheila G (maker of the delicious and rich brownies in theme parks and restaurants) She has made something new, crunchy and scrumptious!

Kids Nose Filled with BOOGIES? /GIVEAWAY

I would always pout when I had to try and clear my daughter's nose. It was always a task and unpleasant for both of us. When you use the original saline drops to put in their nose, do they freak out!? My child can't stand when I try to use the original Saline drops in her nose. I refuse to use it anymore. Plus I don't like the scent that comes with that product. I always ended up putting a little too much and it had me feeling bad. I don't like having to struggle just to help my daughter's nose clear up. My daughter and I definitely don't like the original childrens' saline. Do you get annoyed that someone in your household took your charger and there's not really any way to know which ones who? Tired of the way your charger looks? My husband and I can never tell which one of our Iphone chargers is who, it can be frustrating. I don't want to have to buy another charger because then it'll just be lying around. Obsessed With Puffs??

A lot of people always wonder why my daughter does so well in the car? She doesn't cry much on our current one - two hour drives from Lancaster County to Montgomery County. Could it be while I was pregnant all I did was drive? When she was a newborn sometimes driving would just put her to sleep. Or could it be that I make sure she has a few things to occupy her ? It could be all of those! I know one major thing that has helped me out with our car rides are Gerbers Graduate Puffs!

My daughter is in love with these! If she sees them hiding in my purse she will just crawl her butt to get them. I'm lucky she doesn't know how to open it yet! If we are out in public and she's still hungry or fussy after being fed these things save that moment. They put a smile to her heart and belly. I always worry about her getting hungry while I'm driving and that's why I give her these to snack on. It keeps her nice and quiet for our car rides. I keep them in a spill proof snack cup for her and those two together work out quite well!

Jade Yoga

Exercise is an important role in our lives, well it should be. I'd love to do the Planet Fitness stuff but it's just not my type of exercise. I like to enjoy my exercise another way and that's why I choose yoga, yoga is great in many ways.

With yoga you can stretch your muscles, so that way you don't always feel like you pulled a muscle. If I'm  having a bad day,I finish the day with yoga. Being a new mom or taking care of an infant can be stressful sometimes and make you have hard sleeping nights. Quick Home Calzone

WHAT YOU NEED:

• Two eggs
• ham, salami and provolone cheese
• Philbury  Pizza crust Dough
• a baking sheet

1. First you put the oven at 450 degrees.
2. Then on your baking sheet, put a little oil on the bottom or butter and spread.
3. Put the eggs and Parsley in one bowl and mix it together.
4. Open the pizza crust dough, spread onto the baking sheet.
5. Spread the egg onto half of the dough
6. Put ham, salami and cheese in the order you want. 
7. Fold the dough and seal it with a fork closing the ends of the calzone.
8. slit the top of the calzone so it can breath in the oven.
9. leave in oven for 15 minutes and then it's ready to be served.

See that was really easy! That's why I like making it. Plus it's also so delicious.

RECALLED: Kraft

 I was looking in the frozen aisle for some cottage cheese for my crackers and there was a sign saying krafts cottage cheese was is recalled...

Apparently krafts didn't store the proper ingredients? There were also a few others that was made with krafts company that they recalled!  Here's an article about it.

May 19, 2014 -- About 1.2 million cases of several brands of cottage cheese are being recalled by Kraft due to improper storage of ingredients used in the products.

The company said the recalled brands include certain Knudsen Cottage Cheese, Breakstone's Cottage Cheese, Simply Kraft Cottage Cheese and Daily Chef Cottage Cheese products. All of them were made at Kraft's Tulare, Calif. plant, NBC News reported.

Some of the ingredients in the recalled batches of cottage cheese were not stored according to Kraft temperature standards, the company said. The recalled products were distributed across the United States and have code dates from May 9, 2014 through July 23, 2014.

Consumers with these products should not eat them. Instead, return them to the place of purchase for an exchange or refund. For more information, phone Kraft at 1-800-396-6307 between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Eastern Time, NBC News reported.

Breakfast Sandwich

If you are like me and love breakfast and breakfast sandwiches, then this sandwich idea is good for you. I could eat breakfast any time of the day or night time. When I was pregnant I craved breakfast all the time. Breakfast is also an important part of your day and you do need it. So why not make this sandwich that I'm about to show you. You will love it! I know I do. You can even make this for the fathers' for breakfast for Fathers day!

What you need:

• Waffles
• Honey Ham
• Cheese
• Mayo 
• Eggs

While you cook your egg on the stove top and while it's getting close to being done put those waffles into the toaster and toast away.

After the waffles are toasted, spread mayo on the waffles (yes mayo is very good with egg sandwiches) but if you don't like mayo then put butter.

Put cheese on top of the egg you can either do it while on the stove or just after you put the egg on the waffle. Put the ham on then you can fry the ham to make it taste even better!  Then There you go you have yourself a Waffle Sandwich for breakfast.

Where does time go?

It's crazy how time can fly! I remember my baby girl being just a newborn and barely not opening her eyes. She's met every milestone she's suppose to. Her first smile was the greatest thing I could have ever seen.

She then learned to sit up all by herself, eat baby food, talk and now my big girl is crawling and soon trying to stand. Most of these mama's are right, appreciate the time you have no cause before you know it she'll be so grown. Her first birthday will be in four months! FOUR MONTHS that's not too far away. Eight months already went by

Looking at all these pictures makes me want to have another one, It's amazing to watch something you made. Watching her have a personality like you and sometimes act like her daddy. She likes the same things I like for example: I love veggies more than I like fruit and she has that trait haha

Her attitude can be like her fathers haha and she smiles like her father. She falls more and more in love with her father. Everytime he comes home from work you should see that smile!

I definitely will miss all these moments and I do look forward to what she can become and who she will be.

Delicious quick meal

It can be hard to make dinner for my husband and I with a baby getting into everything!! So I used what was in the fridge and gave it ago. This took no longer than thirty minutes to finish and it was quick and easy to make.

WHAT YOU NEED:

• corn on the cob
• any kind of meat ( I used ribs)
• and some mac n' cheese

With the meat I used onions, parsley, seasoning, peppers and anything you desire!
Put 1/4 of water in there too and put the lid on and wait 15 minutes and BAM done!

corn on the cob, boil the water FIRST add two pinches of sugar and once the water is at a boil add the corn on the cob and in ten minutes that should be done!

Then just make some mac n cheese :)

The easiest and quickest meal for all moms and dads!

I was looking through my pictures on my laptop and started looking at EVELYN RIVERA PHOTOGRAPHY She's done an amazing job at taking pictures and being patient with my daughter who can be difficult to take pictures when she was five months.

She also took my husband and I engagement photos! which I love. We used them on our invitation cards for the wedding.

Then she took that lovely picture of me all by myself, I'm trying to look like I'm a model. (even though I'm not) She made me feel like one though!

She's such a creative lady. I come to her and sometimes don't know what I want and I'll tell her to surprise me and BOOM my hair is different, new and pretty!
